You may make reservations in one of two ways:
The best way to reserve and get an immediate confirmation is to use the “Reserve” button below! This will also provide you with the cheapest and most up to date prices. Our system is LIVE so you are making real time reservations! If you prefer to talk to a person call 800-465-7574 or 202-462-7574.
The following instructions will be helpful to book online: (you may wish to print to guide you thru the process)
1. After Clicking on the "Reserve" link below, you will be asked to enter your arrival and departure date. The number of days will be automatically calculated for you. Click "continue". If you would like parking, please send us an email request. If parking is available, we will add it to your reservation and send you confirmation.
2. Only available units will be displayed. Descriptions are on our "Features Page" and are attached to the rooms available. Pictures are there too. Select the units you want. Please remember that we may need at some point to give you an equal or better room to the one you actually choose. If you have a special situation, select one and then email us upon completion of your reservation with your special needs. Click "reserve".
3.. A summary of your reservation is shown. Please tell us how you heard of us and the purpose of the trip. If everything is correct, click "reserve." If not, click "new search"
4. Enter all requested fields. Read our terms and conditions and then click on "accept terms and conditions" and then "continue." You will get the “Congratulations” window when all is done. PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR ARRIVAL TIME IN THE ARRIVAL WINDOW!
A copy of your reservation request will be emailed to you within seconds. Please print this confirmation as well as your invoice to bring with you. Please email us with any special requests. Please make sure you have listed us on your approved list of contacts and/or check your spam filter for these emails.

**The online rates are possible because of the information you help provide at the time you make the reservation. Please provide us with a reasonably accurate arrival time at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. You may accomplish this by email or by entering it in the "notes/requests" window on the online booking system. You should also print and bring your reservation request and confirmation with you. By providing all the information necessary online and bringing your printed reservation request and confirmation we can honor the online rates quoted here.
